Shopping

You can browse Feva online by category (dresses, tops, shoes etc) or, once you have opened a category, by brand.

When you wish to make a purchase, select the desired size and click "add to cart". Then either continue shopping, or go to check out.

Payments are made via PayPal - one of the world's leading secure online payment systems - or direct by credit/debit card. If you wish to use PayPal, you will first have to open a PayPal account.

* These charges depend upon the weight of the consignment. We will contact you if your order exceeds the maximum weight for these charges.

Please note: You will only be charged delivery once per order, irrespective of the number of parcels

  • You will be required to sign for the delivery upon receipt
  • Delivery is dependent upon stock availability
  • Orders will not be despatched on week-ends or Bank Holidays
  • For non-EC international orders, local import duties may be payable which are the buyer's responsibility

Order Cancellation

You can change or cancel your order any time before we despatch the goods to you by emailing us at info@fevadesigns.com, or phoning us on 0044 (0) 1242 222998.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Feva online, please return it within 21 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on the basis that:

  • The item is returned in its original condition
  • In the case of items that have been washed, the garments washing instructions have been adhered to exactly as stated on the label

Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and send together with the returned items to:

Delivery charges will not be refunded unless we have sent you a faulty or wrong item.

Exchange In Store

You can exchange non-faulty items for other items to the same value in our Cheltenham shop within 21 days of receipt. Please note that items you wish to have refunded must be returned by post - see above.

If you wish to exchange an item in store, please present your receipt, or a copy of your order confirmation email.

Faulty Goods

In the rare event of your Feva item being faulty, or not what you originally ordered, please accept our apologies and email info@fevadesigns.com with your name, address, reason for the return, and whether you want a replacement item or a refund. We will then contact you to advise you of the appropriate course of action to follow.

In such cases, we will either refund your return charges to the value up to that which you originally paid, or where an item is being exchanged, we will not charge you delivery charges for the replacement.

Part of Order Missing

Unfortunately mistakes occasionally happen. If you have received your order and part of it is missing, please email info@fevadesigns.com and we will investigate the matter.

Refunds

When we make a refund, you will be sent an email as confirmation. After receipt of this email, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that this is the responsibility of your card issuer, and not Feva.

Your refund will be made to the same card with which you made the original purchase.
