What if I see something from Feva in another shop for a lower price?
Although, most of our range is exclusive to Feva, from time to time one or two lines will turn up somewhere else. To ensure our customers get the best value, we guarantee* to match the marked price of an identical item if it is ever lower elsewhere (or refund the difference if already purchased), and give you a £10 Feva voucher on top!

What is Feva's returns policy?
Feva will exchange or issue a credit note for any unsuitable purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase provided the goods are returned unused, in pristine condition, and with the original receipt and packaging. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.  However, we do not offer exhanges or credit notes on sale items.

Does Feva offer gift vouchers?
Yes.  Feva gift vouchers, available in any combination of £10, £20 and £50, make the perfect present.

Does Feva offer a WISH LIST service for Christmas and birthdays?
Yes.  The Feva wish list ensures you get the presents you really want. Come in and complete your list, then simply tell friends, family or partner to contact us and we’ll do the rest, including gift wrapping and postal services.
